To accomplish our mission, we show a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile for others Road. A person who is outstanding, will work hard to exceed other people’s expectations. Instead of just doing his job. Just trying to meet the minimum standards. The biggest crisis in the American workplace today is that employees are unwilling to do one more minute for the company. Sloth has become a deep-rooted stubborn disease. Overtime must be paid for overtime. The boss must never call or send emails to employees after work. Let us move towards excellence together. Comparing the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western cultures, and facing international competition, we must take a proactive attitude and be an outstanding person in order to experience God’s blessing.
