現在就是最好的時刻—傳道書3:11［上帝造萬物, 各按其時成為美好. 又將永恆安放在世人心裡.］未來將會發生什麼事, 誰也不知道. 但是如果每一天所擁有的幸福, 等到失去才查覺, 那就太浪費人生了. 因此, 人當應珍惜當下. 随時保持好心情, 以笑容來快樂的度過每一天. 現在就是最快樂的時候. 親愛的朋友, 每一天都值得期待, 認真的活在當下, 我們就能體會到生活中每一件美好的事物. 不能因為自己的年紀, 而限制了自己的生活方式. 透過自己的生活的方式去檢視, 享受生活所帶來一切的豐盛. 聖經有言, 當上帝造著自己的形象, 創造了亞當與夏娃之後, 上帝就賜福給他們, 並且為他們預備一切所需要的. 上帝説看那我將遍地上的一切菜蔬和樹上的果實, 全都都賜給你們作為食物. 上帝為我們預備了一切. 親愛的朋友, 你是蒙福的, 這不是因為你擁有什麼貢獻, 而是因為你受造就是因為蒙上帝所愛, 就是蒙上帝的賜福, 這才是上帝對你的計劃. 今天不論你生活中有什麼樣的難題, 只要你來到上帝的面前, 尋求上帝的愛, 你就能享受生命中一切的豐盛, 對未來充滿著期待, 每一天都能擁有踏實美好的幸福. 人單憑自己的智力無法測透神創造錯綜複雜的奇蹟, 或神認為不必要顯示的永恆奧祕. 這個事實本身應使人與萬物的創造主建立更密切的聯繫. 而不僅是活在當下及時行樂.
