善用有限的時光—腓立比書3:13-14［忘記背後, 努力面前, 向著標竿直跑.］人生就像一塲賽跑, 我們盡一身的力量不斷的去跑, 我們必須竭力奔跑擺在前頭的路程, 才能得著我們將來所要的奬賞, 不是地上的奬賞, 乃是上帝從上而來的呼召. 我們要珍惜時間, 善用時間, 信任時間. 時間是我們最大的敵人, 也是我們最好的朋友. 我們在世間吃苦當如吃補. 時間有限, 不想輸掉時間. 你知道一生有多少時間可用嗎？想要在有限時間內達成目標, 就必須善用時間. 才能把時間花在更多及更有價值的事物上. 有人曾做過計算, 人的一生扣掉求學階段, 及70歲之後的時間, 大約剩下40年. 再扣掉1/3的睡覺及1/3的吃飯及休閒, 真正可以有效工作運用的黃金時間, 大約剩下13年. 在聖經中, 摩西也曾向上帝禱告祈求説, 求你指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子, 好叫我們得著智慧的心. 摩西警覺到自己在世的日子很有限, 而且過去的年日無法追回, 而剩下的日子也終會結束. 因此他求上帝教導他如何數算自己的日子. 這是在提醒我們, 每一個人都要有智慧的使用時間, 好讓我們的人生不致虛度. 親愛的朋友, 你有想要達成的目標和夢想嗎？過去的日子無法追回, 但我們可以從現在開始, 有效的運用每一分每一秒. 但願從今天起, 上帝賜你一個智慧的心, 使你能數算自己的日子, 為每一天做好規劃和安排, 上帝必要祝福你, 使你這一生, 活的充實精彩. 不虛此生.

In the Bible, Moses also prayed to God Said, Teach us how to count our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Moses was aware that his days on earth were limited, and that the days that had passed could not be brought back, and that the days that remained would eventually come to an end So he asked God to teach him how to count his days.
