信心與行為—-雅各書2:14-17[我的弟兄們, 若有人説, 自己有信心, 卻沒有行為, 有什麼益處呢？這信心能救他嗎？若是弟兄, 或是姐妹, 赤身露體, 又缺了日用飲食, 你們中間有人對他們説, 平平安安地去吧, 願你們穿得暖吃得飽. 卻不給他們身體所需用的, 這有什麼益處呢？這樣信心若沒有行為就是死的.］許多人常引用上述經文否定恩典福音. 其實這節經文是強調在人的面前是因行為稱義, 而在神的面前永遠因信稱義. 人與人之間存在交換的關係, 而人與神的關係是領受關係. 在人的面前, 你需要好的行為做見證. 在神的面前, 你不需用好行為去交換恩典. 創世記15:6”亞伯蘭信耶和華, 耶和華就以此為他的義.” 羅馬書4:2”倘若亞伯拉罕是因行為稱義, 就有可誇的, 只是在神面前並無可誇.” 因信稱義在前, 好行為在後. 兩者之間有時差, 兩者有因果關係. 聖靈的種子發芽需要時間, 長成大樹更需要時間. 一定要先領受主耶穌的恩典, 先因信稱義, 有朝一日, 好行為才會逐漸湧流.

There is a relationship of exchange with people, and a relationship with God is a relationship of receiving. In the presence of man, you need good deeds to testify. In the presence of God, you do not need to exchange good deeds for grace. Genesis 15 :6 “Abram believed in the LORD, and the LORD credited it to him as righteousness.” Romans 4:2 “If Abraham were justified by works, he would have something to boast about, but nothing to boast about before God.” Because Faith and justification come first, and good deeds come second. There is a time difference between the two, and the two have a causal relationship. It takes time for the seed of the Holy Spirit to germinate, and even more time to grow into a big tree. Justification, and one day, good works will gradually flow.
