Worship翻譯為敬拜較妥. 敬拜是基督徒生活中最重要的一環. 對某些人有一個誤解, 想到敬拜就想到唱什麼歌. 敬拜當然包括唱詩, 讀經, 禱告. 但真正的敬拜是低頭, 是一個決定, 是在一切的事上, 降服於神的生活方式. 敬拜最重要的是我們在神面前的心. 神要的是我們的心. 而敬拜的心就是奉獻降服的心, 就是聽從上帝的話. 大福只給那些敢相信神, 願意為神犧牲, 降服於上帝的人. 當一個人有難處的時候, 仍然敬拜神, 他的敬拜神就特別有力. 敬拜的心是出自我們願意, 將一切交託, 並且降服於上帝的決定. 很多人對降服有一種負面的感覺. 認為降服就是屈服不得已. 降服不但不是失去自我, 反而是我們力量的泉源. 是我們人生的擴張跟提升. 是最有力量的面對危機的處理方式. 就是依靠他的神, 心裡得堅固. 上帝就是我們最大的力量, 也是我們一切智慧的源頭. 敬拜絕對不是只是在聚會裡, 唱唱歌拍拍手. 敬拜的中心就是降服, 以神為中心的生活方式. 最阻礙神賜福我們的不是別人, 就是我們自己. 是我的自我, 我的驕傲頑固, 我的自我野心. 當一個人只顧自己的計劃, 你就無法完成神在你身上的計劃. 神用願意降服的人. 降服於神使我們得到更大的成全. 敬拜是蒙福人生的生活方式.

When a person is only concerned with his own plans, you cannot fulfill God’s plan for you. God uses people who are willing to surrender. . Surrender to God leads us to greater fulfillment.
