培養健康的心靈—-哥林多前書13:13[如今常存的有信, 有望, 有愛;這三樣, 其中最大的是愛.]我們不必抑制自己發怒, 但要覺察情緒背後的原因.  每一種情緒都有它存在的意義.  我們感到憂心, 是因為我們在意.  我們感到害怕, 那是大腦提醒我們保護自己.  箴言19:11[人有見識, 就不輕易發怒.  寬恕人的過失, 便是自己的榮耀.] 你愈瞭解自己, 便愈能克制自己的怒氣.  生氣只是警示燈, 就像發燒一樣.  你不能一直吃退燒藥, 而是要找出發燒的原因.  你要問自己為什麼生氣.  唯有找到發怒的原因, 才是找到醫治和自由的開始.  今天讓我們學習在上帝的愛中認識真實的自己.  在情緖波動中, 經歷上帝所賜的喜樂與自由, 從而建立信望愛的人生.
