顧己顧人—-腓立比書2:4［各人不要單顧自己的事, 也要顧別人的事.］不是說不可照顧到自己的益處. 乃是說應當以同樣的心態, 兼顧到別人的益處. 己之所欲, 施之於人, 馬太福音7:12. 有位名叫撒都的男人, 同一位西藏人結伴同行. 天氣突然冷得特別厲害. 眼看著就沒有希望可以到達目的地了. 撒都無意中看見三十尺以下雪坡上躺著一個人, 已經失去了知覺. 他動了慈悲心, 請求他的同伴幫助他, 把那人送到村里去, 但這人說太不自量力, 自身難保, 還要幫助別人, 所以就撇下他獨自走開. 撒都只得自己下去, 把那拖來, 背著他很辛苦的慢慢走. 走不多遠, 看見那位同伴躺在路邊, 已經凍死了. 這時撒都因出力, 體温升高. 又與所背負的人身體磨擦, 產生熱量, 那人漸漸甦醒. 兩人相互扶持, 終於平安到達村莊. 當我們幫助人的時候, 有時可能要付上代價. 要勞苦或犧牲. 但至終不但對方得到幫助, 也同時得益. 你曾否有這樣的經驗嗎？我們在天上的父, 祢是豐盛的主, 每當我們有需要時, 奉耶穌的名向祢祈求, 祢就供應給我們. 主啊！祢要我們也有這樣的慈善悲心. 不要單顧自己, 也要顧別人的需要, 甚至願意犧牲付代價, 因為祢說多種的就多收. 我們如此行的同時, 自己的心智也得到磨練, 心靈必定更加成長並且得祢的喜悅. 禱告是奉主耶穌基本督的名, 阿們！

He also rubbed against the body of the person he was carrying, generating heat, and the person gradually woke up. The two supported each other, and finally Arrive at the village safely. When we help people, sometimes we may have to pay a price. We have to work hard or sacrifice. But in the end, not only the other person is helped, but also benefits at the same time. Have you ever had such an experience? Our Father in heaven, You are the Lord of abundance. Whenever we are in need, we ask You in the name of Jesus, and You provide for us. Lord! You want us to have this kind of charity and compassion. We should not only care about ourselves, but also care about the needs of others, and even be willing to sacrifice and pay the price, because You say that of those who have multiplied, they will reap abundantly.
