控制怒氣—-詩篇37:8［當止住怒氣, 離棄忿怒. 不要心懷不平, 以致作惡.] [故事］美國有一位大公司的老板, 外表帥氣, 人緣很好, 又有智慧. 有一天他與妻子到海邊別墅度假. 在夜晚睡覺時有一隻蚊子在他耳邊嗡嗡叫, 吵的無法入睡. 於是他就起床, 拿槍朝著嗡噏叫的蚊子開槍, 後來情緒失控的左一槍, 右一枪, 上下各一槍. 等他安靜的坐下來時. 才發現別墅裡的家具, 設備已被剛才的亂槍毀損. 此時妻子說”為什麼發那麼大的脾氣呢？” 先生後悔說”我就是勝不過我的脾氣.” [思考］易怒的脾氣, 就像一顆具破壞力的炸彈. 一個小小的怒氣, 可能會造成一輩子也彌補不了的遺憾. 在日常生活中你是否會遇到一些不公平的事而心懷不平呢？你會輕易被別人的一句話或一件事而激怒嗎？ ［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 我們在生活中都會遇到不公平或不公義的事. 或是他人在言語或事件中頂撞了我們, 我們就會失控而憤怒不甘. 求祢賜給我們智慧和力量, 能夠控制心中的怒氣, 免得我們做出後悔的惡事. 求祢幫助我們信靠順服祢的教導和應許, 凡事忍耐. 在祢的裏面有平靜的心. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
Control your anger – Psalm 37:8 [Cease your anger and forsake wrath. Do not harbor grievances and do evil.] [Story] There is a boss of a large company in the United States. He is handsome, popular, and wise. There is One day he and his wife went to a beach house for vacation. While sleeping at night, a mosquito buzzed in his ear, making him unable to sleep. So he got up, took a gun and shot at the buzzing mosquito. Later, he lost control of his mood. One shot to the left, one shot to the right, and one shot to the top and bottom. When he sat down quietly, he discovered that the furniture and equipment in the villa had been damaged by the random shooting. At this time, his wife said, “Why are you so angry?” “The husband regretted and said, “I just can’t overcome my temper.” [Thinking] An irritable temper is like a destructive bomb. A small anger may cause regrets that cannot be repaired in a lifetime. In daily life Do you encounter some unfair things in life and feel aggrieved? Are you easily offended by someone else’s words or events? [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father God, we all encounter unfair or unjust things in our lives. Or when others contradict us in words or events, we will lose control and become angry. Please give us wisdom. and strength to control the anger in our hearts, lest we do evil things that we regret. Please help us to trust and obey Your teachings and promises, and to be patient in all things. In You, we have a calm heart. This prayer is from the Lord Jesus Christ Name, Amen!
