不單顧自己—-哥林多前書13:4-5［愛是恆久忍耐, 又有恩慈, 愛是不嫉妒, 愛是不自誇, 不張狂, 不作害羞的事, 不求自己的益處, 不輕易發怒, 不計算人的惡.］［故事］有一個人買了一塊農地, 發現有一條小河流經他的土地, 而河裏常有一些鱒魚經過. 由於他並不懂得鱒魚的習性, 鱒魚都在溪流中產卵. 除了一部分在溪中生活外, 其他幼魚都會遷徙到湖泊或海洋中, 長成大魚後再來游回到溪流中產卵. 他想如果把下游都圍住, 他們就是可以一人獨享河中的資源, 但是鱒魚再也游不出去, 所以堵魚計劃只落得魚兒越來越少, 最近後終於完全絕跡. ［思考］在我們生活中, 是否只求自己的益處, 而常忘記別人的需要？是否只希望自己的事情能夠處理好, 而沒有考慮到同事或朋友的難處？［禱告］我們的天父上帝, 祢就是愛, 祢的愛恆久忍耐, 又有恩慈, 祢不自私的愛處處為我們設想安排, 賜給我們一切的好處. 主啊！我們要學習祢的教導, 愛人如己, 不自私, 不要單顧自己的好處, 不做損人利己的事, 不計算人的惡, 要凡事包容. 求主幫助我們, 活出愛的真諦. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
