慢慢地動怒—-雅各書1:19B-20[要快快地聽, 慢慢地說, 慢慢地, 動怒, 因為人的怒氣並不成就神的義.] [故事］張三與同事坐在辦公室聊天, 他感嘆李四的才華非常好, 是一個不錯的人才, 只可惜有兩項很糟糕的缺點：一項是脾氣不好, 容易動怒. 另一項是做事魯莽. 這時, 李四剛好經過, 聽見了張三的議論, 立刻大發脾氣, 拿起拳頭, 動手痛揍張三, 同事趕緊拉開李四. 並問他為何要打張三？李四氣呼呼地說”你們評評理, 我什麼時候容易發怒, 做事魯莽呢？ 而他卻說我容易發怒, 做事魯莽, 明明是無中生有, 所以才揍他.” [思考］一些壞習慣或毛病, 往往自己不自覺, 總認為他人是在無理的論斷和挑剔. 回想一些周遭人的提醒, 是不是切實需要我們的改變呢？［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 我們很多時候聽到別人對自己不好的評論就大發脾氣, 也會誤解別人的言詞而生氣, 甚至發生爭論. 主啊！幫助我們𧫴慎自己的言語, 不發惡言, 也不隨心所欲的亂發脾氣. 幫助我們謙卑尋求, 走在祢的引導之中, 免得我們在言語上得罪人, 也失去好見證. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
