不輕易發怒—-箴言14:29［不輕易發怒的, 大有聰明; 性情暴躁的, 大顯愚妄.］［故事］有一天, 老張穿了新買的鞋子到老王家去拜訪. 老王一看, 心想, 這雙鞋正和我前兩天叫僕人去買的那雙一模一樣. 於是老王向老張這雙鞋多少錢買的？老張舉起右腳, 不慌不忙的說”便宜！便宜！才兩百塊錢.” 老王一聽, 對著站在身旁的僕人就是一巴掌, 駡道”一模一樣的鞋子, 為什麼你說要四百元呢？” 此時, 老張又舉起左腳說”這隻也是兩百塊錢.” 這下子, 老王真是羞紅了臉. ［思考］凡事別太心急, 在口出惡言之前, 先吸口氣, 甚至心中背一段經文. 有些時候, 怒氣反而會成為笑柄, 何不先緩一緩呢？ ［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 我們每個人都有脾氣, 很多時候我們都不能控制好自己而怒氣爆發. 求聖靈時時提醒我們, 以智慧與人交往, 不輕易發怒, 不做損人不利己的事, 不做令自己羞愧的事. 以謙卑的心與眾人和睦相處. 保守善良和忍耐的心, 只說造就人的話, 做有智慧及善於溝通的人. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！

Sometimes, anger will become the butt of laughter, so why not slow down first? [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father God, each of us has a temper. Many times we cannot control ourselves and our anger breaks out. Ask the Holy Spirit to remind us from time to time to interact with others with wisdom, not to get angry easily, and not to do things that harm others and do not benefit ourselves. Do not do anything that makes you ashamed. Live in harmony with others with a humble heart. Keep a kind and patient heart, only speak words that build up others, and be a wise and good communicator.
