歇一歇—-馬可福音6:30-31［使徒聚集到耶穌那裏, 將一切所作的事, 所傳的道, 全告訴祂. 祂就說：你們同我暗暗的到曠野地方去歇一歇.] [故事］有個人分享他養鰤魚是養在架在海裏的四方形網裏, 小鰤魚會在網裏繞圈圈的游來游去, 養殖的人不斷餵食, 讓魚長大. 有一天, 養殖的人發現網的四個角落竟然有偷懶不游的小鰤魚, 這些魚要是不游就不會長大. 所以, 他就想了個辦法, 把網架改成圓形的網. 小鰤魚只能在圓形網裏不停的環游. 可是問題卻發生了. 數月後, 小鰤魚全都死光了, 因為游的太累而累死了. 結果. 他再一次架起四方形的網. 他這次發現偷懶不游的並非特定的魚群, 而是互相輪流, 原來魚兒們都是適度的休息後再游的. ［思考］休息乃是為了走更遠的路, 別給自己太大的壓力. 我們事奉主, 殷勤工作固然要緊. 但有時候不可忽略與主一同去歇一歇. 學習在百忙中, 還能常常與主同享安息. ［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 感謝祢的恩典, 讓我們在工作職場和教會事奉上能夠盡忠職守. 求主賜給我們有智慧妥善管理我們的時間, 能夠平衡工作, 事奉和休息的時間. 幫助我們更加注重來到祢的面前. 放下各種壓力, 安靜聆聽祢的話語, 得平穩安寧, 身心靈得力. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！

This time he found that it was not a specific group of fish that was lazy and did not swim, but took turns with each other. It turned out that the fish all took a moderate rest before swimming.
