選擇至寶—-腓立比書3:8［不但如此, 我也將萬事當作有損的, 因我以認識我主基督耶穌為至寶. 我為祂已經丟棄萬事, 看作糞土, 為要得著基督.］［故事］一個農夫和一個商人在尋找財物, 他們發現了一堆羊毛, 兩人就各分一半, 捆在自己背上. 然後, 他們又發現了一些布匹, 農夫將身上沉重的羊毛扔掉, 選了些較好的布料. 但商人卻將農夫丟下的羊毛和剩餘的布匹, 全都撿起來, 然而這些東西卻壓得商人氣喘吁吁. 走沒多遠, 又發現一些銀餐具, 農夫將布匹扔掉, 將較好的銀器包起來背上, 商人卻因背著太沉重的負擔而作罷. 突然天下大雨, 商人的羊毛布匹被雨淋濕, 他就摔倒在地爬不起來, 而農夫卻是一身輕鬆的回到家, 變賣了銀器, 生活變得富裕. ［思考］我們生活中最重要的是什麼？不是什麼都要, 也不能什麼都要, 否則可能什麼都沒有. 但是如果找到了生命中最重要的, 可能就擁有了一切. 你找到了嗎？［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 祢是萬物的主宰, 祢統管萬有, 而我們所追求和擁有的, 其實都是過眼雲煙, 轉眼就會過去, 這一切都是虛空. 但是, 我們若擁有祢, 就擁有一切, 不但是世上暫時的, 也有存到永遠的永生, 天上的基業. 感謝天父的恩典, 求祢開啓我們的心眼. 識透這奧袐. 讓我們尋見祢, 得著祢, 我們心就得滿足. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
Choose the Great Treasure – Philippians 3:8 [Not only so, but I also count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For the sake of Him I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish. Get Christ.] [Story] A farmer and a businessman were looking for property. They found a pile of wool. They each divided it into half and tied it on their backs. Then they found some cloth, and the farmer put the heavy weight on his back. The merchant threw away the wool and chose some better cloth. But the merchant picked up all the wool and the remaining cloth left by the farmer. However, these things made the merchant panting. Not far away, he found some silver. The farmer threw away the cloth and packed the better silverware and carried it on his back, but the merchant gave up because it was too heavy a burden. Suddenly it rained heavily, and the merchant’s woolen cloth got wet from the rain, and he fell to the ground. He couldn’t get up, but the farmer came home relaxed, sold his silverware, and became rich. [Thinking] What is the most important thing in our lives? You don’t want everything, and you can’t want everything, otherwise you may have nothing. But if you find the most important thing in life, you may have everything. Have you found it? [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father God, You are the Lord of all things, You rule over all things, but what we pursue and possess is actually fleeting and will pass away in the blink of an eye. It is all in vain. However, if we have You , we have everything, not only the temporary things in this world, but also the eternal life that lasts forever, the inheritance in heaven. Thank you for your grace, Heavenly Father. Please open our eyes to understand this mystery. Let us find you and gain you. , our hearts will be satisfied.
