The direction of life – Proverbs 3:5-6 [Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.] [Story] Past In northern China, donkeys are used to grind mills. They are afraid that the donkeys will be lazy and unwilling to work hard, so they use a method. First, blindfold the donkeys to prevent them from looking around, and then apply some sesame paste or peanut butter on the donkeys’ noses. The donkeys will smell the fragrance. Thinking that there is some delicious food ahead, I try my best to move forward, but I turn around and over, only smelling the food but not eating it. [Thinking] Modern people’s lives are like donkeys, chasing this and that in the world. , in the end are all vanity and chasing the wind. May the Lord examine our hearts and let us know what we are pursuing? Are you running on the path of the Lord? Or are you running on the road of your own world? [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father God, You are the Lord we trust. You know everything about us. We are willing to obey You, rely on You wholeheartedly, and entrust our lives to You. Please take control of our lives and live more meaningfully. Meaning, rather than catching wind and shadow. Because if we rely on our own wisdom, ability, and even power, we will often go astray and lose. We ask the Holy Spirit to lead us, instruct and guide our lives. Walking in the true way of the Lord, we will never lose sight of it. Depart until we see the face of the Lord. This prayer is in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
