為主做—-歌羅西書3:23-24［無論做甚麼, 都要從心裏做, 像是給主做的, 不是給人做的. 因你們知道從主那裏必得著基業為賞賜, 你們所事奉的乃是主基督.］［釋義］基督徒的工作, 並無俗世的和聖的區別; 信徒若是存著為主而做的心去做, 都變成給主做的. 如果我們存心榮耀主的名, 見證主的福音, 而在職位上忠心, 也就是事奉主了. 求主光照照我們在工作, 在家中或事奉中, 是否有偷工減料的情況？求主幫助我們, 使我們在自己的職分上, 無論做甚麼, 在人前人後所做的都是一樣的盡心職守. ［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 我們感謝祢, 因為祢顧念我們, 也顧念我們手所作的. 求主幫助我們, 凡我們在地上所作的工作, 都要為祢而做, 不論我們在家中什麼身份, 在工作和教會事奉是什麼職位, 都要像是給主做的, 都能夠得祢的喜悅和接納, 能夠榮耀祢的名. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
Do It for the Lord – Colossians 3:23-24 [Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.] [Explanation] For Christians, there is no distinction between secular and sacred work. If believers carry out their tasks with a heart dedicated to the Lord, all work becomes service to Him. When we work faithfully in our roles with the intent to glorify God’s name and testify to His gospel, we are serving the Lord. We should examine whether we are cutting corners in our work, at home, or in ministry. Let us ask for the Lord’s help to ensure that whatever we do—whether in public or private—is done wholeheartedly and responsibly. [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You because You care for us and the work of our hands. Help us to dedicate everything we do on earth to You. Whatever roles we hold at home, at work, or in ministry, may we work as if serving You. May our efforts be pleasing and acceptable to You, and may they bring glory to Your name. We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
