盡心盡性盡意盡力—-馬可福音12:30［你要盡心, 盡性, 盡意, 盡力愛主你的神.］［釋義］盡心是with all your heart用你全部的心; 盡性是with all your soul用你全部的魂；盡意是with all your mind用你全部的心思; 盡力是with all your strength用你全部的力量. 即以整個人, 全生命的貫注去愛神. 多少時候, 許多的人, 事, 物會來分去了我們愛神, 叫我們又想愛神, 又想愛這世界; 又想事奉神, 又貪慕瑪門/財富. 我們要做到”盡”字的地步. 我們要以耶穌的心為心, 以耶穌的愛回應神的愛, 以”不再是我, 乃是基督”的生命來回應神.［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 從亙古到永遠, 祢對我們的愛, 永遠不改變, 祢甚至將祢的獨生子主耶穌賜給我們, 將天上的基業和福分賜給我們, 你對我們的要求只是要我們盡心, 盡性, 盡意, 盡力愛祢. 求主幫助我們, 願意舍去世俗的纏繞, 心中的慾望, 使我們能夠專心仰望主, 跟隨主, 遵行主道, 成為主所喜悅的兒女. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
Love the Lord with All Your Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength — Mark 12:30
[Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.] [Explanation] “盡心” is to love God with your entire being. “盡性” is to love Him with your very essence. “盡意” is to love Him with your thoughts and intellect. “盡力” is to love Him with all your energy and power. This means loving God with your whole self, devoting your entire life to Him. Often, many people, things, or desires divide our love for God. We may want to love God but also be drawn to worldly pleasures; we may desire to serve God while coveting wealth or material possessions. To truly love God, we must reach the level of “all.” We need to have the heart of Jesus, respond to God’s love with Christ’s love, and live a life of “not I, but Christ.” [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father, from eternity to eternity, Your love for us never changes. You even gave us Your only Son, Jesus, and bestowed upon us the inheritance and blessings of heaven. Your only request is that we love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Lord, help us to let go of worldly entanglements and the desires within our hearts. Enable us to focus wholeheartedly on You, follow You, walk in Your ways, and become the children You delight in.
