照亮你的光—-馬太福音5:16［你們的光也當這様照在人前, 叫他們看見你們的好行為, 便將榮耀歸給你們在天上的父.］［釋義］”天上的父”說出神是我們屬天生命的源頭, 我們若遵循屬天的生命而活, 就必有生命的光照在人前, 而人們也會在我們身上的好行為. 看見神的彰顯, 因此便將榮耀歸給神. 基督徒好行為的動機, 不是為炫耀自己, 沽名釣譽, 求人稱讚. 我們好行為的主要目的, 乃是顯明神的榮耀. ［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 我們是祢的兒女, 也是奉祢差遣的使徒, 要將祢的愛和祢救贖的恩典帶給我們周圍的人. 求主的靈充滿我們, 讓我們的生命發出亮光, 照亮周圍的人, 彰顯祢的愛. 讓我們有謙卑的心服事他們. 將福音的好處傳達給他們, 讓我們所作的工都能夠榮神益人. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
Shine Your Light — Matthew 5:16 [In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.] [Interpretation] “Father in heaven” expresses that God is the source of our heavenly life. If we live according to this heavenly life, we will have the light of life that shines before others. People will see God’s manifestation through our good deeds, and thus, they will give glory to Him. The motivation behind the good deeds of Christians is not self-promotion, personal glory, or seeking praise. The primary purpose of our good deeds is to reveal God’s glory. [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father, we are Your children and ambassadors, sent by You to bring Your love and saving grace to those around us. We ask that Your Spirit fill us, so our lives may shine and illuminate those around us, revealing Your love. Grant us humble hearts to serve others, to share the blessings of the Gospel with them, and may all our works bring glory to You and benefit others.We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
