聖靈是保惠師—-約翰福音15:26［但我要從父那裏差保惠師來, 就是從父出來真理的聖靈, 他來了, 就要為我作見證.］［釋義］保惠師譯自”counselor或advocate”翻譯成代言人或分身比較容易理解. 聖靈教導我們神的話語, 引導我們進入真理. 聖靈在我們裡面工作, 賜給我們安息, 祂的愛, 祂的喜樂. 在這紛擾的世界, 祂安慰我們的心靈. 聖靈在我們的生命中可以結出聖靈的果子, 來榮耀聖父, 聖子, 聖靈三位一體的真神. 有聖靈在我們生活中作我們的保惠師, 衪是安慰者, 鼓勵者, 指引者及支持者, 這是何等大的祝福. ［禱告］親愛的天父, 人類生命的主宰耶穌基督, 我們感謝讚美祢, 感謝祢施恩眷顧. 讓我們每天都生活在祢的慈愛蔭庇下, 奔走在屬靈的天國路. 主啊, 現今的世代, 充滿各種的誘惑與罪惡. 我們常常立志要愛祢更多, 但是往往被肉體, 眼目的情慾和今生的驕傲所引誘, 不知不覺貪愛世界, 以致於失去了愛祢的心. 主啊, 求祢保守我們, 透過保惠師將祢的話語深值我們的心, 在祢裏面生根建造, 遇到誘惑與罪惡時, 能靠祢剛強, 走在祢真理的道路上, 做一個蒙祢喜悅的兒女. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
The Holy Spirit as Advocate – John 15:26 [When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me.] [Explanation] The term “保惠師” is translated from “counselor” or “advocate,” and can be understood as a representative or presence. The Holy Spirit teaches us God’s Word and guides us into truth. The Holy Spirit works within us, granting us rest, His love, and His joy. In this tumultuous world, He comforts our souls. The Holy Spirit can bear fruit in our lives to glorify the triune God—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Having the Holy Spirit as our Advocate in our lives—a comforter, encourager, guide, and supporter—is an immense blessing. [Prayer] Dear Heavenly Father, Sovereign Lord of all life, Jesus Christ, we give You thanks and praise for Your grace and care. Let us live each day under Your loving shelter, walking on the spiritual path toward Your heavenly kingdom. Lord, in this present age filled with temptations and sin, we often resolve to love You more but are drawn away by the desires of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Without realizing it, we fall in love with the world and lose our hearts for You. Lord, we ask for Your protection. Through the Advocate, plant Your Word deeply in our hearts, root and build us up in You, so that when faced with temptations and sin, we can rely on You to remain strong, walk in Your truth, and live as children who please You.
