自在做自己—傳道書3:11［上帝造萬物, 各按其時成為美好, 又將永恆安放在世上心裡.］不向外比較, 多暸解認識自己. 每一個人都是獨立的個體. 不用為爭取他人的認同, 而強迫改變自己. 不畏外人的眼光, 享受一個人的自在生活. 沒有一個理想的自己在外面等我, 現在的我就是理想的狀態, 現在最適合我. 親愛的朋友, 你享受你現在的生活嗎？你可以自在的做自己嗎？你在意別人對你的認同嗎？今天, 上帝要對你説, 在祂眼中, 你是獨一無二的. 在上帝的眼中, 沒有所謂的重要人物, 也沒有太平凡以致被上帝所忽略. 聖經中提到大衛的故事. 上帝要先知撒母耳去膏立大衛做王, 所以撒母耳到大衛父親的家中, 這位父親叫他七位兒子過來到先知撒母耳面前. 但都不是上帝所要揀選的人. 直到先知撒母耳追問, 這位父親耶西才想起他還有一個小兒子大衛在牧羊. 所以我可以看見, 在家族裏, 大衛是一位不起眼, 不被重視的. 但上帝早就看見並知道大衛. 同樣的, 上帝早已認識你, 祂看你是寶貴, 並且獨一無二的創造. 親愛的朋友, 你怎麼看你自己呢？你認為你有價值嗎？你認為你重要嗎？我們對自己常常會有一些錯誤的認知, 可能是別人對你的評價, 或是你過去挫敗的經驗讓你覺得自己是沒有價值的. 然而今天上帝要對你説, 你是尊貴, 是有價值的. 也是沒有人可以取代的. 親愛的朋友, 當你從上帝的眼光來看自己的時候, 你不但可以自在的做自己, 你的人生也將因此開啓不平凡的人生.
