管理好情緒, 才能把握住好機會—-箴言16:32[不輕易發怒的, 勝過勇士. 治服己心的, 強如取城.］我們一生都會有困難挫折. 我們一生都要學習面對問題挑戰, 壓力與選擇. 每一個問題都是上帝要幫我們帶進人生更高的層次. 我們只要走神的路, 我們的神是化咒詛為祝福的神. 一個人的心境, 情緒會影響自己的未來. 一個動不動就發怒的人, 很容易傷害自己, 也傷害別人. 有些人在遇到困難挫挑戰的時候, 經常習慣性地憂傷沮喪退縮. 而有些人一不高興就破口大駡. 最後讓自己陷入沮喪. 這樣的人只是讓情緒盡情發洩. 而不是管理自己的情緒. 沒有經過管理的情緒, 就好像是潰堤的洪水一樣. 會把你原有的機會都給沖走了, 也讓你的能力才幹大打折扣. 打敗你的不是別人而是你的情緒. 所以弟兄姊妹, 不要讓情緒使我們的生命, 出現破口. 很多人上帝為他預備極大的豐盛跟機會. 可是因為自己的情緒, 讓這些豐盛和機會不斷的流失. 對基督徒來講, 情緒管理不是一種技巧, 更是一種生命態度, 從內心出發才會真正的管理好情緒. 我們最大的問題, 就是沒有走神的路. 用錯誤的態度來回應, 是我們自己關了天上的門. 如果我們用正確的方法來回應, 神在我們身上就有無限的可能. 在神沒有什麼不能的. 失去的上帝都能夠恢復補還給我們. 人生都有打擊與困難. 但是上帝的恩典大過這一切. 被人辜負, 被人拋棄, 你怎麼知道不是上帝的祝福呢？對我們來講, 我們相信是因為有上帝, 我們都可以克服. 我都可以走的過去. 神一定有夠用的恩典跟力量. 大問題, 大恩典. 大艱難, 就會有大力量來到. 這是我們基督徒很大的平安確據. 神若要翻轉, 下一刻就完全的不同. 所以弟兄姊妹, 放大神, 不要放大問題. 主啊！感謝祢, 我可以從頭做起. 只要有上帝, 沒有什麼不能克服的.
Manage your emotions well, and you can seize good opportunities – Proverbs 16:32 Facing problems, challenges, pressures and choices. Every problem is what God wants to help us take to a higher level of life. We only need to follow the path of God, and our God is the God who turns curses into blessings. A person’s state of mind and emotions will Affect your future. A person who is angry at every turn can easily hurt himself and others. Some people are often habitually sad, depressed and withdrawn when they encounter difficulties and challenges. In the end, let yourself fall into depression. Such people just let their emotions vent. Instead of managing their emotions. Unmanaged emotions are like a flood that breaks the embankment. It will wash away all your original opportunities. It will greatly reduce your ability and ability. It is not others but your emotions that will defeat you. So brothers and sisters, don’t let our emotions break through in our lives. Many people God has prepared great abundance and opportunities for them. However, because of our own emotions, these abundance and opportunities are constantly lost. Responding with the wrong attitude, we ourselves close the door of heaven. If we respond in the right way, God has infinite possibilities in us . Nothing is impossible with God. Lost God All can be restored to us. Life is full of blows and difficulties. But God’s grace is greater than all of these. Being betrayed and abandoned by others, how do you know that it is not God’s blessing? For us, we believe that because of God, we can all overcome. I can walk through it. God must have enough grace and strength. Big problems, great grace. This is a great assurance of peace for us Christians. If God wants to reverse, the next moment will be completely different.
