處理憤怒的情緒—-以弗所書4:26[生氣卻不要犯罪, 不可含怒到日落.]憤怒最好不要超過三分鐘.  會憤怒是人正常的反應, 但不是正確的回應.  1. 憤怒不理智.  憤怒無法改變過去已發生的事情, 也無法給你美好的未來.  約伯記5:2[憤怒害死愚妄人, 嫉妒殺死痴迷人.] 2. 憤怒沒有幫助. 約伯紀18:4[你這惱怒將自己撕裂的, 難道大地為你見棄, 磐石挪開原處嗎?] 3. 憤怒不健康. 約伯記21:25[有人至死心中痛苦, 終身未嘗福樂的滋味.]如何從憤怒中得到醫治:1. 向上帝承認, 説出你的傷痛.  約伯記7:11[我不禁止我口, 我靈愁苦, 要發出言語.  我心苦惱, 要吐露哀情.]2. 釋放傷害, 冒犯你的人. 約伯記42:10[約伯為他的朋友祈禱, 耶和華就使約伯從苦境轉回, 並且耶和華赐給他的比他從前所有的加倍.]3. 忘記過去, 注視未來.  不要一直活在受害者的情結當中.  開車要往前看, 不要一直看後視鏡.  約伯記11:16[你必忘記你的苦楚, 就是想起也如流過去的水一樣.]

Dealing with anger – Ephesians 4:26 [Be angry but do not sin, and do not let the sun go down with anger.] It is best not to be angry for more than three minutes. Being angry is a normal human reaction, but not the right one. 1. Anger is irrational. Anger cannot change what has happened in the past, nor can it give you a better future. Job 5:2 [Anger kills the fool, but envy kills the charming.] 2. Anger does not help. Job 18:4 [You who tear yourself apart by anger, will the earth be forsaken for you, and the rock be moved from its place? ] 3. Anger is unhealthy. Job 21:25 [Some people die with pain in their hearts, but never experience happiness.] How to be healed from anger: 1. Confess to God, speak out about your pain. Job 7:11 [I will not restrain my mouth, my spirit is distressed, I will utter words. My heart is distressed, I will utter my grief.] 2. Release those who hurt and offend you. Job 42:10 [Job for his Friends prayed, and the LORD turned Job back from his misery, and the LORD gave him twice as much as he had before.] 3. Forget the past, look to the future. Don’t live in a victim complex. Drive ahead , do not keep looking in the rear-view mirror. Job 11:16 [You will forget your pain, even the thought of it will be like water that flows past.]
