成為聖潔—-馬可福音13:33［你們要𧫴慎, 警醒祈禱, 因為你們不曉得那日期幾時來到.］［故事］有一位年輕人去找牧師, 請教如何才能達到聖潔的地步. 牧師建議他說”你必須恆守讀經, 禱告, 服事, 默想…”. 這位年輕人努力的實踐這些要求和操練. 過了好長一段時間, 他不認為自己夠聖潔了. 他再回去找牧師. 牧師說”你當然不能使自己變得聖潔, 也沒有任何操練可以讓你成聖. 就好像我們不能做什麼事, 讓清早的太陽爬上來.” 年輕人疑惑的問” 如果是這樣, 那我為何還要做這些操練呢？” 牧師微笑回答”親愛的弟兄, 最起嗎, 當太陽升起的那一刻, 我們還是十分的清醒, 沒有錯過上帝給我們日出的燦爛和光芒.” [思考］屬靈的追求, 是為了讓我們有著更大的儆醒和堅持, 不是為了功績或條件上的交換. 讓我們繼續的操練, 與主密切相交. ［禱告］聖潔仁愛的天父上帝, 我們人完全沒有能力使自己成為聖潔像祢, 就算我們每天讀經禱告事奉祢, 我們還是不完全, 不能靠著自己的努力和操練達到祢的標準, 但是我們感謝祢賜給我們生命, 天天享受祢所創造美好的一切, 也有祢賜給我們的福氣. 但願我們時時警醒禱告, 等候祢的接引, 使我們永遠與祢同在. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名. 阿們！
