磕破自己—-馬太福音10:39B[為我失喪生命的, 將要得著生命.］［故事］哥倫布發現新大陸後, 成為了西班牙人的英雄. 在眾人的讚美聲中, 也有貴族瞧不起他. 在一次盛大的宴會, 哥倫布微笑著問”誰能讓我手裏的這個鷄蛋站起來？” 雞蛋從這人傳到那人手上, 最後回到哥倫布手上, 沒有一個人可以做到. 哥倫布不慌不忙, 拿起雞蛋的一頭在桌上輕輕一敲, 敲破了一點蛋殼, 雞蛋就穩穩地直立在桌上了. 哥倫布說”其實我跟大家一樣, 是一粒普通的雞蛋, 我的成功就是在於我敢嗑破自己的命運, 放棄了安全逸舒適, 而把生命交給驚濤駭浪的大海.” [思考］有嗑破才有站起！要得到更好的生命, 就需要付出, 需要犧牲. 你願意為主犧牲世上一些物質的享受而得豐盛永恆的生命嗎？思考你可以為主磕破什麼？［禱告］愛我們的主耶穌, 祢曾經為了愛我們, 不惜犧牲自己的生命, 而讓我們得著救恩, 這是何等大的福份！求天父賜給我們智慧, 選擇跟從祢, 就算要忍受試探誘惑, 犧牲享樂財富, 但這些失去卻是讓我們得著天上永恆的福樂, 值得我們獻上感恩. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
