反省改過—-提摩太後書2:22［你要逃避少年的私慾, 同那清心禱告主的人追求公義, 信德, 仁愛, 和平.］［釋義］逃避乃現在進行式, 有不斷地實行之意. 少年的私慾指血氣和情慾. 公義指對神與對人都公允. 信德即信心. 仁愛即愛心. 和平指對神, 對人與對已都有平安. 我們是否能夠檢討自己的缺點或壞習慣, 並與它進行堅持不放鬆的搏鬥, 直至勝利為止呢？靠著自己, 我們很難做到, 但依靠主耶穌, 必定得勝. ［禱告］親愛的天父上帝, 祢至高至聖, 卻深愛我們, 我們是何等有福, 我們感謝祢. 我們知道自己有許多的軟弱, 許多不好的品行, 脾氣和習慣. 求聖靈光照我們, 讓我們好好的檢討反省, 一一的認罪. 求主幫助我們, 有堅定的意志改過, 把壞的舊的都除去, 更新我們的身心靈, 成為祢所喜愛的兒女, 成為別人的好榜樣. 禱告是奉主耶穌基督的名, 阿們！
